My skin has been struggling with wearing masks a lot these days, not just from breakouts and pore issues but also from it getting more sensitive to sunlight with pigmentation. So this week, I finally gave Laser Toning a try at Jewelry Plastic Surgery in Gangnam! The treatment involved Laser Toning, Lotion Whitening Treatment as well as a Vitamin IV drip injection.

Laser toning felt a lot like what I had experienced with laser mole removal, just a lot more comfortable with just light pricks all over the face. Receiving the Vitamin IV drip while feeling the cooling sensation of the Lotion Whitening treatment spread onto my face was very relaxing.

When i got up & looked in the mirror, I was quite surprised as my skin looked much brighter & clearer after the treatment was done, to the point that I was confused because it looked almost like I was using an app filter on my phone when I had just used the normal camera. Although it is called whitening, I wouldn’t say it changes people’s skin tones from dark to light, but brightens the complexion in a more healthy-looking way & reduces the appearance of dark marks and pigmentation. I’ve noticed that a lot of mine has faded & even disappeared. Some people do it every two weeks & I’m sure their skin looks absolutely flawless! I’ll likely do it again & see how far this takes me!

I also got a box of Purifying Rebooting Mask packs with Hyaluronic Acid and Aloe Vera Extract. This mask is for deep moisture and nourishment, and the amount of liquid provided is enough to use as a serum all over your body (or at least, that’s how I chose not to waste it)! My skin still feels soft after a long day of work.
